The police have become an oppressive force, hunting down criminals and innocent people alike. The city is in a state of chaos and violence, and nobody can hope to stay safe. That's where you come in. It's your job to use your skills to stay alive on the streets, even if it means putting your life on the line.
The game begins in the middle of the night. You are walking home from a party when you are shot by a gang of thugs. It is your first time in the city, and you don't know who to trust. The story unfolds from there.
